Pere Marquette Conservation Park

In August of 2021, the Pere Marquette Charter Township unveiled the new Pere Marquette Conservation Park, located on 300 acres of land that was formerly Dow Chemical property. It is located off of Iris Road and is bounded by Pere Marquette Lake, Pere Marquette Highway, Iris Road and Lakeshore Drive. The park also boasts waterfront views of Pere Marquette Lake, the Pere Marquette River, and a small portion on Lake Michigan. Buttersville Park is an adjoining township park provides Lake Michigan frontage and camping.
