Annual Walk to End Alzheimers
Registration begins at 9am with the opening ceremony at 10am and walk to follow. Waterfront Park- 391 S. William St., Ludington.

Final Sailing of the Season for the S.S. Badger Carferry

Fire Prevention Open House
Meet local firefighters, tour the station, and learn fire safety tips. Ludington Fire Department- 918 Tinkham Ave., Ludington.

Historic White Pine Village AND the Port of Ludington Maritime Museum Closes for the Season
Historic White Pine Village– 1687 S. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington. Port of Ludington Maritime Museum– 217 S. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington.

Coat Drive for Ludington Area Schools Youth Resource Center
Anyone donating a coat/blanket will receive a $6 coupon for Ludington Bay Brewing Co. Drop coats and blankets off at the brewery- 515 S. James St., Ludington.

Run for Your Lives 5k
This race begins and ends at Ludington’s Legacy Plaza. Runners are encouraged to dress in costume.

Snowshoe Making Classes
Participants must be age 16 and older. The cost is $190, which includes the preformed wooden frames, lacing, high-quality bindings, and personal instruction. Pre-registration is required. Register at michigan.gov/dnr.

Ludington Has Two Lighthouses!

Ludington visitors flock to the area to view our two majestic lighthouses, the North Breakwater Light and Big Sable Point Lighthouse.

The Baby Badger

A children’s flotilla that’s a miniature replica of the historic S.S. Badger carferry. Children get to ride in one of many “cars”.

Waterfront Park Sculptures

The bronzed sculptures in Ludington’s 5-acre Waterfront Park sets it apart from other parks. The park is situated on the Lake Michigan inlet.
