Grow a Garden in Your Own Community Garden Space
Do you have a small yard with limited space for gardening? Or do you want to grow a vegetable garden but don't have the proper lighting in your yard? If either of those reasons is keeping you from harvesting delicious, fresh veggies or a beautiful bouquet, then maybe you should consider renting a community garden space. A one time fee of $45 gets you access to a sunny 4-by-8 foot raised bed filled with high quality soil. Organic fertilizer is provided.
A sturdy 8-foot deer fence surrounds the garden. Water is available on site from mid-May to late September. A shed is available for storing gardening tools and equipments. There are also several tall beds available for gardeners who have difficulty getting up and down from the ground. Garden tutors are available upon request.
