SERVICE
Perhaps the most important aspect of a heating and cooling contractor is service--when your furnace breaks down, you need them NOW. No matter what time of day or what day of the week, their 24/7 emergency service gives you the peace of mind that you'll never wait long for repairs. Skoog's believes in serving their community, and they prove it.
MAINTENANCE PLAN
Purchase a Residential Energy Savings Agreement for $140 (normally $160) and receive two maintenance visits per year, one in the fall for your furnace, the other in the spring for your air conditioner. Or if you don't have an air conditioner, they will service your furnace twice a year. For this one low price, you also get 24/7 emergency service with no after-hours price increase, a 15% discount on parts, and free filters.
TAX CREDITS
Tax credits going on now can really save you money. When you purchase a 95% or higher efficiency furnace, receive a 30% tax credit, up to $1,500. You can also get a tax credit of 30% on the total cost of a geothermal unit, now until December 31, 2010.
