Just as the name suggests, Memorial Tree Park is nestled inside the trees and is a cozy park for relaxation and play.

In August of 2021, the Pere Marquette Charter Township unveiled the new Pere Marquette Conservation Park, located on 300 acres of land that was formerly Dow Chemical property. It is located off of Iris Road and is bounded by Pere Marquette Lake, Pere Marquette Highway, Iris Road and Lakeshore Drive. The park also boasts waterfront views of Pere Marquette Lake, the Pere Marquette River, and a small portion on Lake Michigan. Buttersville Park is an adjoining township park provides Lake Michigan frontage and camping.

The venture was made possible by a Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund grant, the Pennies from Heaven Foundation, Tom Paine of Metalworks, and various community foundations.
While the park is still in the developmental stages, it is open daily. Future plans include rest rooms, picnic areas, playgrounds, sports fields, a swimming beach, a winter sports activity area, hiking/biking trails, and more.

Waterfront Park features a fantastic view of the S.S. Badger and sits right along two marinas of Lake Michigan.

Hamlin Lake is home to several parks and numerous dunes for exploration and leisure. Pack a picnic, cast your line, and enjoy the sites.

Take a walk along the riverside at Suttons Landing. With wheelchair accessibility, everyone can take in the beautiful riverwalk.

Rotary Park park features several trees and a large, open space. Formerly City Park, the rotary club is behind many of the improvements.
