Hamlin Hookers Ice Fishing Tournament on Hamlin Lake

Early February

Hamlin Lake is known for its abundance of fish...even in the winter...so enter the 3rd Annual "Hamlin Hookers" Ice Fishing Tournament in February starting at 7am, sponsored by Hamlin Grocery.

Cost is $20 to enter, and there will be a 100% pay out for first prize. Additional prizes to be announced. Winners to be determined by a point system based on length...not weight. All species are eligible, including Blue Gill, Crappie, Perch, Northern Pike, Muskie, and Walleye. Measuring to take place end of tournament at the Hamlin Grocery Bait Shop. All DNR limits apply. You can fish anywhere on Hamlin Lake, but must enter and exit at Wilson Hill Park.

There will be a Thank You Afterglow Party at Tamarac Clubhouse. Sloppy Joes and beverages will be served.

Hamlin Grocery is your fishing headquarters, even during the winter months. Their bait and tackle shop carries ice fishing supplies like lures, line poles, and live bait. Stop by for all your grocery and beverage needs...plus, Hamlin Grocery has steaming hot coffee, sweet rolls, and a different lunch special every day. Outfit yourself in some Hamlin Lake apparel, such as sweatshirts, jackets, and caps.
